چکیده

Functional graded materials (FGMs) are widely used for hip plant component because of their specific properties in a design to meet the requirements joint system. Stem is manufactured with concept making new FGM using three different composition Ti, CrCo, and HA. This has led development suitable functional femoral parts that can be long time. The helped reduce protection stress associated exists on interface. After changing FGM, natural frequency deformation response exhibited by our model were quite satisfactory. deflection comes out 0.33 mm at 15 Hz. equivalent von Mises found 19.5 MPa. These values closely matching previous studied. Fatigue study was carried based “Goodman” theory. gave promising results. safety factor more than one, which indicates part safe under design. anticipated life stem 0.3284 × 10 5 cycle.
